The sun shines upon your back as you walk through the valley. The snow and ice have long melted, but the possibility of rain is still present. You should hurry. You slosh through a muddy path, lined with trees, only buds along their branches. Various vines and brush are amid the trees as well, the branches are covered in lichens and moss in place of leaves. But, the sun is warm, the bulb-leaves are poking through the mud and fallen leaves, the grasses lay out in large puddles. There is no doubt it is spring now. The clouds move in closer as you make it to the door and onto the porch.
