A single bulb lights the closet. The back wall is covered in a floor to ceiling mirror. You can barely see yourself through the water spots and dust. The racks and shelves that line the room are stuffed with clothing. Lace, velvet, gauze, silk, fur. There are so many different textures but most of it is in black with some in shades of ivory. The racks barely contain the weight of it all. The shelves are piled high with hats, headdresses, shoes and petticoats. The sweet chemical smell of mothballs and lavender fill the air.
